Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Bluefield/Brownfield/Greenfield Migration Consultant with SAP Controlling (CO) functional & technical experience and experience in executing

complex migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate will be responsible for leveraging Bluefield/Brownfield Migration methodologies to ensure a seamless transition,

while providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the migration journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Brownfield or Greenfield migration experience is mandatory, should be able to analyze, plan and successfully execute the SAP Migration projects,

ensuring minimal business disruption and maximum efficiency.

Conduct impact assessments, risk analyses, and feasibility studies to evaluate migration options and develop tailored migration strategies.

Collaborate with technical teams to implement migration solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Functional and Technical Consulting:

Provide expert guidance and support in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) module, including General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting,

Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing.

Work with SAP S/4HANA Core Team to configure and customize SAP S/4HANA functionalities to meet client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Develop technical solutions and enhancements to support data migration, integration, and reporting requirements. Provide guidance and support with SAP ECC migration to SAP S/4HANA for three company codes including New GL, Fiscal Year Change and Material Ledger as part of the SNP Bluefield Migration process. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for key Controlling (CO)/Managerial Accounting stakeholders, including business users, project sponsors, and IT teams, providing regular updates, progress reports, and presentations on project status and milestones. Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and obtain feedback throughout the migration process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the migration process and deliverables. Quality Assurance and Testing:

Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate SAP S/4HANA configurations and functionalities.

Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance.

Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.

10 years of experience in SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing and Material Ledger)

module implementation and support. Proven experience leading complex migration projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Controlling/Managerial Accounting (CO) applications

leveraging Bluefield/Brownfield/Greenfield migration approach, with a minimum two (2) Migration Projects.

In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance configurations, functionalities, and best practices with a minimum of two (2) SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership

skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

SAP S/4HANA certification in Controlling/Managerial Accounting (CO) is highly desirable.

Experience with other SAP modules and migration tools, such as SAP Data Services and SAP LT Replication Server, is a plus.
