We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Advisor – Solar Hybrid Systems with 20+ years of proven experience in the Renewable Energy industry. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Grid Integration, EPC execution, and Utility/C&I Hybrid Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for Solar Hybrid projects.
• Review and approve engineering designs, system architecture, and technical documentation.
• Guide the design and optimization of Solar PV, BESS, DG, and Grid-connected Hybrid Systems.
• Conduct technical due diligence, feasibility studies, and techno-commercial evaluations.
• Support business development with technical expertise during bidding and client discussions.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, IS, MNRE, and other applicable standards.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive innovation in hybrid energy solutions.
• Resolve complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC teams, OEMs, and regulatory authorities.

Preferred Candidate

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Renewable Energy.
• Strong exposure to Utility Scale, C&I, and Off-Grid Solar Hybrid Projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
