Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for software engineers, full-stack, data, DevOps, and niche tech roles.
- Source and headhunt top tech talent for product-based companies using LinkedIn, Boolean, and X-ray searches.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and technical requirements.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
- Drive strategic hiring initiatives, including walk-in drives and niche role campaigns.
- Stay updated on tech hiring trends, tools, and talent market insights to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions.
