Job Description:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Truww, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process. You will work closely with department heads to

understand their staffing needs and ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains top

talent. Your role will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment,

onboarding, off-boarding, induction, attendance regularization, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring asmooth transition into the organization.

Conduct exit interviews and oversee the off-boarding process, collecting valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Organize and conduct new employee orientations to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and values.

Monitor and manage attendance records, working closely with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy.

Implement attendance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Communicate and educate employees about company policies and ensure adherence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR functions.

Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, HR processes, and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
