Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across functions.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.

Use recruitment tools, social media, and networking to attract top talent.

Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment

Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.

Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
