About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong Non-Tech hiring expertise, preferably from a consulting firm or small-scale/fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and confident in handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level non-tech roles across multiple industries.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, drive the selection process, and ensure strong candidate experience.
- Work closely with clients/internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports, trackers, and ensure closures within committed timelines.
- Handle multiple mandates simultaneously with ownership and independence.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in Non-Tech Recruitment (consulting/agency experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing and screening capability, especially for sales, operations, support, finance, and generalist roles.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with clear accountability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
- Must be located near Brookefield, Bangalore and comfortable with 100% Work-From-Office.
- Immediate joiners or max 15 days notice preferred.
