We have partnered with a renowned global leader in information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. They are providing full-stack, all-scenario solution for products and services carriers, enterprises, governments, and individual consumers worldwide.

Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and profiles.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess cultural and technical fit.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview journey.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–6 years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
• Proven track record of filling complex or senior-level roles.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques able to identify and leverage all the resource in candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills for managing candidate and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills to close competitive employment offers.
• Headhunting or executive search background is highly preferred.
