Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles (intake → offer), partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
- Manage recruitment activities across India and support hiring projects across global markets where required
- Support and execute sourcing activities (LinkedIn, job boards, pipelines)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accuracy in systems (HRIS / ATS) and support reporting
- Support the continuous improvement and implementation of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner throughout the hiring process
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders to support hiring decisions
- Drive hiring alignment meetings with hiring managers, ensuring role requirements, evaluation criteria, and timelines are clearly defined

- Contribute to efficient and consistent recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in operational recruitment environments like GCC or SSC
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels, ideally including international or global hiring exposure
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
- Exposure to IT hiring is a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience setting up, improving, or standardizing recruitment processes is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a international environment with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously
- Based in Pune, comfortable being 3 days per week at the office
