We're now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us bring in top talent as we scale rapidly across global markets. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founders and leadership team to hire senior, non-tech roles across departments like Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and non-tech roles.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and headhunting.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Shape Illumine's employer brand through meaningful candidate and market engagement.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with proven success in senior/non-tech hiring.
- Expertise in headhunting and building leadership pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for SaaS, education, or startup environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills you move fast but stay structured.
