We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who has deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment and is eager to take on a more strategic and consultative role. You'll work across multiple mandates, collaborate closely with business and delivery leads, and help shape our hiring engine to meet evolving business needs.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruiting foundation who is now looking to take ownership, influence hiring strategies, and partner directly with leadership, clients, and internal HR teams. You'll bring not only executional strength but also critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, using data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
What You'l Be Doing
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer closure — across verticals.
- Partner with people and business leaders to understand hiring needs and build role-specific strategies.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche, volume, and high-priority roles.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and communicating clearly.
- Apply critical thinking to analyze hiring challenges, assess market trends, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including L&D, HR Operations, and Compensation to ensure alignment on workforce planning, onboarding, and organizational development.
- Track, report, and present key recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline health, offer-to-accept ratio, etc.).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and process improvements that elevate our talent acquisition function.
Requirements
Essential
- 8+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within technology consulting, SaaS, or professional services environments.
- Proven experience hiring for niche or specialist roles, particularly within HR technology, Workday, or enterprise software.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency with Workday ATS (or comparable applicant tracking systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset and confidence representing Mivada externally.
- Solid understanding of local employment law as it relates to recruitment and onboarding.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
Desirable
- Experience within a boutique consultancy or scaling business environment.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, payroll systems, or Data & Analytics platforms.
- Experience designing or delivering onboarding and induction programmes.
- Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent analytics.
- Experience with campus recruitment, university partnerships, or early careers programmes.
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, particularly Australia, India, and the United States, with understanding of regional talent markets and hiring practices.
Benefits
What We Offer
- Opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities as the business scales, with exposure to more senior-level work over time.
- Opportunity to shape recruitment and onboarding practices from the ground up in a scaling consultancy.
- Exposure to leading HR technology platforms, including Workday.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values ownership and initiative.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
- Investment in your ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
