Configure, troubleshooting & maintain IT network infra - Experience and knowledge of Cisco routing and switching install, maintain, and configure Cisco devices like ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches and Cisco AnyConnect. Also Knowledge and experience in Proxy setup and Checkpoint firewall management. IT security compliance & Audit - Maintain Network security and compliance on ongoing basis like apply security patches, updates IOS, review audit logs, access controls, maintain and update network security guidelines, participate in IT security audits and mitigate risks & findings. Monitoring Network performance - Assess network performance to address business requirements and recommends for network planning and upgrades on systems. Also plan for upgrading/replacing hardware and software in the network. ITIL - Ensuring and maintaining Capacity management, change management, vendor management and incident management, including Performing disaster recovery operations.
