Candidate will have experience in Active Directory, TCP/IP configuration/troubleshooting, network printers, and all-around problem solving and troubleshooting in a Windows environment Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers). . Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents. . Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
