Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years in software engineering, with significant experience in technical leadership roles and architecting large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical expertise: Deep proficiency in Java, AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB), GraphQL, Kafka, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Strategic impact: Proven ability to influence organizational technology strategy and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Leadership skills: Exceptional ability to mentor senior engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and algorithmic thinking, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security.
