We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our onsite team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms, automation, infrastructure reliability, and continuous delivery practices. You will play a key role in building scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical services.

Infrastructure & Automation

• Design, deploy, and maintain highly reliable, scalable systems and infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Go.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Build and manage monitoring and alerting systems.
• Identify key performance metrics and respond to incidents promptly.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to enhance system reliability.

Performance Optimization

• Analyze system performance to improve latency, throughput, and resource utilization.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with development teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and observable application architectures.
• Provide best-practice guidance for deployment, release management, and maintenance.

Capacity Planning

• Monitor usage trends and forecast infrastructure needs.
• Recommend and implement changes to optimize resource allocation.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Build and maintain DR and BCP strategies to ensure service resilience in critical failure scenarios.

Security & Compliance

• Work with security teams to ensure infrastructure and applications align with security and compliance requirements.

• Experience: 36 years in DevOps / SRE or related role with strong knowledge of both software development and system administration.
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Containerization: Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• CI/CD: Experience managing pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
• Scripting: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Go, or similar languages.
• Technical Fundamentals: Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and system architecture.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

• Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale infrastructure.
• Knowledge of service meshes, load balancing, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
