In your new role you will:
- Project initialization by using and enhancing Project Starter Kit - Foster ReUse for Project Planning and Project Documentation -Digitalize Project Data Knowledge Hub : - Health Checksat start of the project - Supporting PJM with expert knowledge in PJMTools and Processes Project Data Support: - Collect and provide Reference Data for further ReUse Drive quality checks on project documentation data Bridge information gaps: support project review meetings - organize and moderate resource alignment meetings

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science 2+ years of experience in project office handling, reporting and supporting PJMs
- 3 + years in overall industry experience
- Proven track record in project management across all aspects of the development using waterfall or agile methodology Experience of using project planning tools such as MS Project, Atlassian JIRA andConfluence, or similar.
- good communication skills
- very good IT knowledge to structure and develop readouts of database by using Excel, VBA , Python and visualize them for automated reporting (e.g. with Tableau)
