We are seeking a Business Analyst 4-5 years of experience to bridge the gap between business and analytics teams You will map complex billing and invoicing workflows across ERP systems SAP and other systems and CRM platforms Salesforce You will also analyze crosssystem data to build actionable reports and guide data science projects such as predicting customer churn by providing business processes information

BASIC FUNCTION
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Workflows
Map and document endtoend business processes related to billing invoicing and ordertocash workflows
Collaborate with domain experts to gather define and document clear business rules
System Data Analysis
Investigate and explore complex data across systems like SAP Custom ERP Salesforce to identify trends and process bottlenecks
Clarification of the processes with the business
Provide functional requirements and business inputs to Data Scientists to help build customer churn prediction models
Partner with technical teams to build validate and test reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Job Qualifications Other Specs
Experience 4-5 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of billing invoicing and financial lifecycles
System Knowledge Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ERP environments
Technical skill Experience of writing SQL queries will be preferred
Soft Skills Exceptional organizational skills critical thinking and the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements
