Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze end-to-end customer journeys
- Streamline and re-engineer business processes to prepare for technology integration
- Identify technology solutions using web applications, CRMs, and automation tools
- Conduct proof of concepts where existing technology solutions are insufficient
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather stakeholder requirements
- Define transformation roadmaps and execution strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify and implement automation opportunities with engineering and automation teams
- Design scalable automation pipelines adhering to enterprise architecture and compliance
- Track and report transformation KPIs to ensure milestones are met on time
- Act as a change agent promoting continuous improvement and innovation culture
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions
- Conduct readiness assessments for tech-driven business transformations
- Collaborate with cross-functional units to optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies
Requirements
- Extensive experience in RPA Engineering with 15 to 20 years in related roles
- Strong leadership skills with a blend of project management and architecture mindset
- Proven experience working with UIPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Power Platform AI Builder
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI fundamentals and automation technologies
- Experience leading workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to define and execute transformation roadmaps and strategies
- Experience in designing scalable automation pipelines within compliance frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project tracking and reporting skills
- Capable of acting as a change agent to foster innovation and continuous improvement
