At Tekion, we are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, and solid front-end experience using Angular, React, or TypeScript. This is a backend-heavy role where you'll help build secure, scalable, multi-tenant cloud platforms while contributing across the stack to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions for complex business workflows
• Understanding the user persona and deliver a slick experience
• Take end to end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems that you work on from design, code, testing, integration, deployment, enhancements, etc.
• Write high-quality code and taking responsibility for their task
• Solve performance bottlenecks
• Mentor junior engineers
• Communicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, UI/UX teams
• Deliver with quality, on-time in a fast-paced start-up environment

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5.5 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong backend development expertise with Java, object-oriented programming, and Spring Boot.
• Good front-end development experience in React, Angular, or TypeScript.
• Experience building and scaling microservices in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Strong experience with both RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with AWS, Kafka, ELK stack, and CI/CD tools.
• Proven ability to debug, diagnose, and optimize performance in complex systems.
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as eCommerce, manufacturing, or supply chain platforms.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to code quality, and mentoring mindset.
