Senior Software Engineer

Techtinium is looking for an ambitious Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Chennai. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for developing new features and functionality for an asset management SaaS platform — including integrations, performance work, and ongoing maintenance.

You will work closely with the Head of Product, CTO, and UI/UX designer to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations. This is a role with real influence: you will contribute to platform architecture decisions and have an opportunity to shape the long-term technical direction of the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, the Head of Product, and CTO to translate customer requirements into production-ready implementations
• Drive development of new platform features and functionality end-to-end
• Contribute to architectural discussions and actively improve the platform's technical foundations
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party services and APIs
• Write clean, modular, loosely coupled code with an emphasis on quality and long-term maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices across the team
• Take ownership of implementation projects independently when required

Required Skills

• Excellent command of PHP, Go, and modern JavaScript — particularly Remix / React Router
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and CSS / CSS preprocessors
• Solid understanding of OOP and functional programming patterns
• Excellent knowledge of RESTful API design and GraphQL
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design
• Strong experience with Git and version management workflows
• Experience with event buses such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Desired Skills

• Experience with PHP frameworks: Laravel, Symfony, or Slim
• Familiarity with SSO and OAuth implementation
• Working experience with Linux environments
• CI/CD experience
• Comfortable with agile methodologies and iterative delivery
