Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys building scalable solutions, automating governance processes, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow IRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Configure and enhance Audit Management and Control Testing capabilities.
- Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and Workspaces.
- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, script includes, integrations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management/GRC).
- Hands-on experience with Audit Management.
- Experience implementing and configuring Control Testing.
- Experience building applications using UI Builder.
- Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.
- Strong scripting skills, including:
- JavaScript
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- Flow Designer/Workflows
- Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
