Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Development Leader with a strong background in designing scalable enterprise solutions and leading engineering teams. The candidate will drive architecture, guide development teams, and deliver high-quality, cloud-native applications aligned with business objectives.

Experience

  • 10 to 15 years of overall experience in software development
  • At least 3-5 years in a Lead/Architect role managing teams and driving technical decisions

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in:
    • .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
    • Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
    • Frontend: React and/or Angular
  • Experience with:
    • Cloud platforms: Azure and/or GCP
    • AI/ML integration (LLM APIs, intelligent workflows, or data-driven systems)
    • GenAI / LLM-based solutions
    • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • C#, OOPs, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture
    • Distributed systems and scalable application design
    • Database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

Good to Have

  • Experience with Python (especially for ML/AI pipelines)
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for enterprise applications
  • Drive development using modern engineering practices (CI/CD, TDD, DevOps)
  • Design and implement scalable microservices-based systems
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams for delivery excellence
  • Mentor and guide developers enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables with focus on performance, security, and reliability
  • Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide architectural solutions

Engineering & Process Expectations

  • Strong exposure to:
    • Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
    • CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
    • Automated testing (TDD/BDD)
  • Focus on:
    • Code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization
    • Observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Proven track record of team leadership and mentoring

Preferred Background

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to healthcare/RCM domain
  • Experience with high-volume transaction systems

Broker pattern/message bus, event-driven, CQRS, ports & adapters/hexagonal/onion, SOA would be preferred
