Who are we looking for

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Salesforce Scheduler, and Sales & Service Cloud. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations through comprehensive testing strategies.

Technical Skills

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications, focusing on FSC, Scheduler, and Sales & Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Validate data integrity and workflows across Salesforce clouds.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Automate test cases where applicable using tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestComplete.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Agile - Backlog, story refinement, story & task estimation, sprint demo, retrospective, pair Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience with Salesforce Scheduler and appointment booking flows.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers).
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
