- Full stack experience and strong in either backend or frontend
- Frontend - experience in React
- Backend - experience in any one of Python.
- Experience working with relational databases - Postgres or MySQL
- Experience with production systems
- Skill / Experience in OOP or FP with clean coding (SOLID principles) skills
- Understanding of containers and tools like Docker
- Experience working with cloud service preferably on GCP or AWS
- Clear, unambiguous communication, both written and verbal.
Good to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc
- Contributions to open source
- Experience working with AI APIs and tools
