About the Role :
- 7+ Years of experience
- Good work experience in AI platform
- Strong understanding of software development, REST APIs, and integration techniques.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD integration.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Analytical skills to investigate problem areas and devise effective solutions.
- Syncing data fields from Active Directory to ServiceNow and enabling Azure AD connect to sync attributes from AD to Azure.
- Experience with orchestration/automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, large language modules, AI chatbots).
- Medium-level proficiency with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Bash, or similar.

You're a fit for the role of Senior Software Engineer- HR Systems if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with orchestration/automation platform e.g: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, large language modules LLM, and AI chatbots.
- Medium level proficiency with Javascript, Python, Bash, or other scripting languages commonly used in automation.
- Experience working with managing complex IT projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and technologies.
- Ability to collaborate with other engineers and communicate technical concepts with others in the organization by adjusting communication style to the audience
