We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building enterprise-grade applications, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to product architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Lead feature development from design through deployment.
- Build secure, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical excellence across the team.
- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React and Next.js.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
- Experience building scalable, production-grade SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Experience working with MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of multi-tenant architecture.
- Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Fastify.
- Experience with Azure AD B2C and JWT Authentication.
- Experience building metadata-driven or configuration-driven platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled applications, Vector Search, Embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience developing enterprise workflow or business process management platforms.
