Current position is under ISPL CIB IT Architecture team to work with the DevOps team, to design, develop and implement DevOps strategies and solutions to meet business objectives. The role may include participate in quick technical research and evaluate new DevOps technologies and tools.
Direct Responsibilities
Should be able to assess application maturity and suggest roadmap for transformation on key pillars like DevOps Tools, Automation, Practices and Culture
Work on DevOps, Continuous Testing and DevSecOps transformations across mtiers within CIB
Design validate enterprise CI/CD transformation through different technology stacks, including database deployments
Facilitate transparent reporting to management to accelerate CI/CD adoption
Conduct workshops/webinars/trainings on DevOps, Continuous Testing, DevSecOps and any related topics
Create DevOps Bulletins/News Letters, CI/CD and Ansible sample templates as a reference to the application teams
Work in an agile mode with emphasis on improving Code Quality using practices like TDD, BDD and tools
Contributing Responsibilities

Contribute towards recruitment efforts for the team
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Demonstrated ability to automate manual processes using tools like Jenkins or Puppet
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
Excellent understanding of version control systems such as Git
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, GO language etc.
Working knowledge of tools like Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD
Self-motivated with good communication, inter-personal and organization skills
Nice to have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Certification in relevant areas such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
Good Knowledge on DevOps trends (SRE, AI OPS etc..)
