We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the VistaPrint Corporate Solutions product development teams. We have recently launched our VistaPrint Pro platform: a suite of enterprise and consumer-facing solutions that simplify how teams create, manage, and order custom print and digital promotional items - and we are looking for strong Engineers to contribute to VistaPrint Pro evolution at scale.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, test, deploy and monitor end-to-end product capabilities, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies. Own your work from concept to production and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Make meaningful contributions to improve Agentic AI Workflows with your team.
- Break down ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions. Make thoughtful design decisions and evaluate trade-offs across performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Identify risks, debug production issues, and drive root cause fixes leveraging automation.
- Contribute to improving system stability, observability, and operational health.
- Contribute to strong engineering practices through code reviews, testing, automation, and participation in design discussions and technical specifications.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver positive outcomes.
- Support teammates through feedback, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
Your Qualifications

- 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with AI-native software engineering workflows, leveraging generative AI and agentic development tools at the appropriate level of automation for the complexity of a given task
- Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Programming languages, including TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in Server Side Rendering front-end development, with React
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed systems fundamentals (micro-services and micro-frontends architectures)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)
- Experience building and operating scalable production systems
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team setting
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Internship, co-op, open-source, academic, or personal project experience demonstrating software development skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Exposure to Agile software development methodologies
- Experience working with databases, APIs, testing frameworks, or CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of software architecture, security, performance optimization, or system design fundamentals
- Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or related technical disciplines
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions.
