Responsibilities
- Design & build distributed, low-latency, microservices-based systems
- Solve scalability & performance challenges
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code
- Own system architecture & deployments
- Mentor junior engineers
Eligibility
- 4+ years of backend development experience
- Strong in Java / Node.js / Python
- Hands-on with databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Solid understanding of scalable system design
