Senior Software Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications for improved performance and user experience.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations with third-party systems using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the Salesforce platform.
