Role Description

The Senior Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and site operations. This role includes planning and coordinating work schedules, supervising site staff and contractors, and ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The Senior Site Manager will collaborate closely with quantity surveyors, engineers, and project managers to monitor progress, control costs, and support accurate reporting. Responsibilities also include resolving on-site issues, maintaining quality control, conducting regular inspections, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role requires proactive leadership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong site management and construction supervision skills, including experience leading on-site teams and coordinating contractors.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and value engineering principles to support accurate budgeting and cost control.
• Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices applicable to building projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and technical documentation, and to communicate requirements clearly to site teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills to address on-site challenges promptly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with basic project management and construction-related software tools; exposure to estimation or ERP tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; significant relevant experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in a senior site management or similar leadership role within the construction industry.

10 years experience are preferred.
