Senior Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications and equivalent experience (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is required.
  • Minimum of 10-15years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing IT service delivery teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL/ITSM) and related best practices is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Global English-speaking proficiency is required.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management in an IT context. Experience with TBM and Apptio is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ITSM service management tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow (a Must), BMC Remedy).
  • Proven experience in managing third-party IT outsourcing vendors and related Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
  • Experience in coordinating with global and regional stakeholders to manage service desk operations.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position based in Ambattur, Chennai
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Highly flexible working schedule. May require working outside regular business hours to address critical issues or projects.
