Senior Security Engineer

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Security Engineer. The Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing security policies, monitoring and investigating security incidents, and providing guidance on security best practices. Additionally, the Senior Security Engineer will be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies and provide recommendations for enhancing security measures within the organization.

• Application Security, Network Security, and Cybersecurity expertise
• Strong competency in Security Engineering and Information Security
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex security information to technical and non-technical staff
• Experience working with security tools and technologies such as threat intelligence platforms, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and SIEMs
• Experience with cloud security and virtualization technologies is a plus
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
