Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 57 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP CRM functional configurations, integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, and a clear understanding of business processes related to Sales, Service, and Marketing.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP CRM.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Web UI, Middleware, etc.).
- Manage CRM master data, partner functions, organizational management, and transaction types.
- Integrate SAP CRM with ECC / S/4HANA and other systems (e.g., SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP C4C).
- Support the design and development of custom enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including ABAP developers, BASIS, and business users.
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Experience in CRM Web UI configuration and Middleware (BDoc, Data Exchange, Replication Models).
- Understanding of SAP ECC SD / MM integration.
- Exposure to SAP CRM on HANA or SAP S/4HANA Customer Management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Business Partner management, Action Profiles, and Partner Determination.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) or SAP Sales & Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP BTP integration.
- SAP CRM certification is a plus.
