Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant with 10+ years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience and strong expertise in Greenfield S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered end-to-end implementation projects, worked closely with business stakeholders, and provided SAP Finance solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects using SAP Activate methodology.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including:
• General Ledger (FI-GL)
• Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
• Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
• Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)
• Internal Orders (CO-IO)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Configure Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Parallel Ledgers, Document Splitting, and New Asset Accounting.
• Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PS, SuccessFactors, and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW developments and coordinate with ABAP teams.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Analyze and resolve production support issues.
• Conduct user training and prepare project documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration.
• Expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, Parallel Ledger, and New Asset Accounting.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, and other modules.
• Experience in data migration, cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• Experience with Central Finance (CFIN).
• Knowledge of Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori Apps and SAP BTP.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification is preferred.
