Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and integration techniques. You'll work closely with technical leads, business analysts, and other developers to build scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Design and implement complex business logic, workflows, triggers, batch jobs, and schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Maintain and refactor existing code to improve quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, test coverage, and code reviews.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new tools/features.
- Support and mentor junior developers and admins as needed.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
- Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Data modeling and SOQL/SOSL
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limitations, governor limits, and security/sharing model.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Other relevant certs (App Builder, JavaScript Developer I, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins for release management.
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms or enterprise systems.
