We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SFRA, Demandware/SFCC architecture, integrations, and e-commerce best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) solutions.
- Develop and customize storefront features using SFRA, ISML, Controllers, Pipelines (legacy), and Page Designer.
- Build scalable and reusable components for e-commerce applications.
- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, shipping providers, tax engines, and analytics tools.
- Develop and maintain OCAPI/SCAPI integrations and custom APIs.
- Work with Business Manager (BM) configurations, catalogs, promotions, content assets, and site preferences.
- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, UX/UI Designers, and Product Owners.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
Required Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware/SFCC) development.
- Strong experience with SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture).
- Hands-on experience with Demandware development and customization.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and ISML.
- Experience with Controllers, Services, Hooks, Jobs, Custom Objects, Page Designer, and Business Manager.
- Experience with OCAPI, SCAPI, and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of Commerce Cloud Digital, storefront architecture, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
