Location - Remote ( Need to visit Jaipur office location when physical existence required)

Responsibilities-

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into detailed Salesforce solutions and user stories.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integrations.

Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business goals.

Conduct training sessions and provide user support post-deployment.

Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Requirements-

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ERP integration.

Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies.
