How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
- Manage daily Salesforce operations including user setup, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and license assignments.
- Configure and maintain Flows, dynamic layouts, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
- Build, customize, and support standard and custom objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.).
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement practical, scalable solutions.
- Maintain data accuracy and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems or platforms.
Release Management & DevOps (Copado / GitLab)
- Support Salesforce release cycles using Copado, including preparing user stories, performing commits, and executing deployments.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Copado pipelines and deployment jobs.
- Assist in planning and delivering metadata and code deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
- Apply CI/CD best practices, including test automation readiness, static code checks, and version control using GitLab branching strategies.
- Ensure deployment quality through testing, validation, and documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to coordinate releases and platform enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce configurations with minimal supervision.
- Provide user support, answer platform-related questions, and assist with training or documentation as needed.
Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Validate and approve system changes before deployment to ensure functionality and stability.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and system optimization.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field
- 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Experience with Copado and GitLab or comparable DevOps/release management tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools.
- Familiarity with basic development concepts (Apex, SOQL) is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.

- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Admin Super Set) are a plus.
- Functional knowledge of the airline business or airline IT processes; B2B Partnerships (Agency and Corporate Travel Management) relationships.
