Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 56 years of
experience in the industrial sector (preferably steel, ferro alloys, or metals). The role involves
driving sales and marketing initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth
coordination between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and
customer profiling.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, order confirmations, and customer
communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients in domestic
and international markets.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution and
customer satisfaction.
- Handle basic technical queries and route complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, marketing activities, and customer
interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Generate MIS reports, marketing performance reports, and export data compilations.
Key Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or Graduate in Science/Engineering with relevant experience.
- 56 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within industrial/manufacturing
sectors.
- Strong exposure to international markets and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.
