Sr. Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 8-10 years of Healthtech/ Healthcare Sales experience (SaaS preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead end-to-end sales for our Hospital Information System (HIS). The ideal candidate has a strong track record of selling software solutions to hospitals or healthcare networks and can consistently exceed revenue targets while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new hospital/healthcare provider leads (501000 beds preferred).
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, CIOs, and decision-makers.
  • Present product demos with the help of presales team and ROI-driven proposals tailored to each client's workflow.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine pitch decks and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within existing accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare/healthtech domain (Hospital Information Systems, EMR, HIS, DMS or similar).
  • Strong network with hospital decision-makers and understanding of hospital operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and meet aggressive targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HIS/ EMR/ HER/DMS
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in any field
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and NABH/JCI, ABHA, NMC requirements.
