Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Professional with a minimum of 10 years of proven track record in plywood sales or related building materials. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, target-oriented, number savvy, and analytically strong, with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent results. A well-established network and strong relationships with architects, OEMs, Interior Designers, Dealers, and Channel Partners are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.
Expand the company's presence in assigned territories through proactive market visits and client meetings.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Manage and grow the dealer network; ensure regular follow-ups and timely order closures.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
Represent the brand with professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the plywood, laminates, veneers, or building materials industry.
Strong existing relationships or proven track record of selling to architects, designers, and dealers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
