Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, conducting property showings, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include offering market insights, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation and target-focused execution
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for building and closing deals
  • Customer Relationship Management and Interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market and property trends
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus
