Role Description

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable laboratory solutions. The role involves regular on-site client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The position also requires collaboration with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in client communication, lead generation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment, technologies, and scientific industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in technical or scientific sales is a strong advantage
