Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in South Delhi. The Senior Sales Engineer will manage technical sales operations, including client interactions, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations. They will offer technical support to customers, build strong relationships to understand client needs, assist the sales team in achieving targets, and ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address client needs effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Capability to provide consultative solutions and work closely with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in the medical or healthcare sector, is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented approach
