We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-9 years of experience in sales engineering with a proven track record of success. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role is based in India and reports to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
Provide technical support to customers and help them understand the features and benefits of our products
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and presentations
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Report on sales activities and provide regular updates to management
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
4-9 years of experience in sales engineering
Proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong technical background with experience in software or hardware engineering
Experience in solution selling and consultative sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
