Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales engineering activities, providing technical support, developing relationships with customers, and delivering product presentations. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, preparing quotations, coordinating with the service team for after-sales support, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and understanding of HVAC systems
• Technical Support skills including problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Strong Communication skills for customer interaction and presentations
• Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in HVAC industry is a plus
