Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline growth for the North America mid-market and enterprise segments.

You will be the first touchpoint for potential customersidentifying prospects, generating interest, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

If you thrive on opening new doors, crafting smart outreach strategies, and breaking into high-value accounts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the North America region.
  • Own outbound prospectingresearch target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build tailored outreach strategies.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (Salesforce or similar), and intent data tools to identify and engage high-potential leads.
  • Initiate conversations through personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls before passing leads to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute account-based outreach and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain clean, updated CRM records and key SDR metrics.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline generation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Sales Development / Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts in the North America market.
  • Comfortable working US business hours from a remote setup.
  • Strong proficiency in Sales Navigator, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationclear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and able to manage your own outreach pipeline.
