Job Description

  • Bachelor(s) degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Min.experience of 4-10 years in industrial safety, preferably in bio-fertilizer, chemical, or agriculture-related manufacturing environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, local safety standards, and environmental regulations.

  • Proven experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.

  • Certification in safety management, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Experience with hazardous materials management, chemical safety, and emergency response planning.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify safety issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or other relevant safety and environmental management systems
