Senior Rust Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems and backend services using Rust.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with strong adherence to software engineering principles.
• Work on algorithms and system-level programming for performance-sensitive applications.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and uphold coding best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory management issues, and concurrency challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Rust and system programming, and continuously drive innovation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total software development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Rust experience.
• Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Expertise in systems programming, concurrency, memory management, and low-latency applications.
• Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with C/C++ or Go is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Passionate about coding, clean design, and performance optimization.
