Position Summary
We are hiring a technically deep Senior RPA Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise automation solutions. The role requires hands on development in UiPath, strong systems integration skills, and practical experience implementing agentic AI or decision intelligence workflows that close the loop from prediction to execution. The developer will work with the CoE, architects, and business SMEs to deliver secure, scalable automations and reusable frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automations using UiPath following CoE standards and secure coding practices.
- Build reusable frameworks for exception handling, logging, retry logic, configuration management, and telemetry.
- Integrate systems via APIs, REST/SOAP services, database connectors, message queues, and file interfaces; implement robust data mapping and transformation.
- Implement Co-Pilot /Apps based solution: Human-In-The-Loop solution development
- Implement agentic AI decisioning: integrate decision intelligence models or external ML services, orchestrate model inference, and trigger robots to execute decisions automatically.
- Develop and maintain CI CD pipelines for RPA artifacts using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar; automate packaging, testing, and deployment to Orchestrator or Control Room.
- Implement secure credential management and role-based access using Orchestrator/Control Room vaults and enterprise identity providers.
- Optimize runtime density: design high density VM configurations, multi session deployments, and resource planning to maximize throughput.
- Author technical documentation including solution designs, runbooks, test plans, and operational playbooks; participate in code reviews.
- Lead troubleshooting and production support including root cause analysis, hotfixes, and post incident reviews.
- Mentor and upskill junior developers and contribute to CoE governance, standards, and automation discovery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years software development or automation engineering experience.
- 3+ years hands on RPA development with UiPath in production environments.
- Experience in End-to-End Automated solutions for Supply Chain/Retail based domains.
- Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript; experience writing modular, testable code & Strong SQL
- Experience with orchestration platforms: UiPath Orchestrator; scheduling, queues, assets, and audit logging.
- Experience with Co-Pilots: Design & development of Co-Pilot/AARI or UiPath Apps/Action center-based solutions
- API and integration expertise: REST, SOAP, OAuth, JSON, XML, SQL, and experience with enterprise systems of any major ERP(Ex:Oracle Fusion), major CRM(Ex:Salesforce), major WMS (Ex:EXE),Major MDM(Ex:Symphony) etc.,
- Practical agentic AI experience: implemented decisioning workflows, integrated ML models or decision engines with RPA, and operationalized model inference in production.
- IDP and OCR experience: UiPath Document Understanding
- CI CD and test automation: Git, branching strategies, unit testing frameworks, automated deployment pipelines.
- Security and compliance knowledge: credential vaulting, RBAC, audit trails, data residency considerations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- UiPath Advanced Developer certification
- Hands on with Decision Intelligence platforms or building custom ML inference pipelines.
- Cloud experience with Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience in retail, supply chain, finance, or shared services automation use cases.
- Familiarity with observability tooling and metrics collection for bots
- Experience designing license optimization and high-density bot architectures.
